Still not heard back from the slater, but at least I managed to stop the noise of the dripping last night, despite it being pretty stormy. However, the water is still getting in so we need to get it attended to soon.

Also just realised that CALA seem to be up to the same dirty tricks as Roxanne. Their notification to neighbours was dated Christmas Eve, but was only received on Friday. We have 14 days to object and this would appear to expire on Monday - we haven't even had a chance to view their plans yet. I've written to the Council and the local Councillors seeking advice.

Today was fairly lazy. I moved the fax from the TV room up to the office upstairs in preparation for the new suite arriving in a few weeks. I've also taken the existing couch back and am now sitting quite a bit further back from the TV. We've still to order the new TV plus a table to sit it on and perhaps some additional shelving etc.

Squash this afternoon was only 2 games for me - one each against Harry and Richard, then we all went back to the Legion, joined by Colin and Archie and watched Man Utd beat Aston Villa in the FA Cup.

Not sure if the golf course will be open in the morning or not, but we're going over to Inverurie for tea about 4:00 pm tomorrow.
