Been up in the loft and found the source of the leak - it's coming down the side of the chimney breast - I've been in touch with D & D Slating and hopefully they'll be out soon.
This morning's mail contained the official notification of Banchory's worst kept secret - CALA have submitted their plans for developing the Tor-na-Coille Hotel. Looks like Roxanne has sold to them - perhaps subject to planning permission - the battle starts again! Remember her oft-repeated and much publicised quote that she " had no immediate plans for development"?
