Dawn, Jo and I made most of the arrangements yesterday - despite the incompetence, rudeness and aggression of some of the people that we had to deal with during the course of the day. Talk about square pegs in round holes - some people shouldn't be in professions where they have to show compassion in difficult circumstances.

This morning, it's just the flowers, the order of service and getting Dad's clothes over to the funeral home. After that, we'll meet Barry and Helen who arrive back from Menorca, via Liverpool, and then head home. We'll come back down on Thursday morning for the viewing then the service, followed by a light meal at the Pond Hotel.
